John Auerbach

John Auerbach has written screenplays and teleplays for Columbia Pictures, TriStar, Warner Bros., InterMedia, HBO and Showtime among others. He is the writer of Stepfather II and was an uncredited writer on Don’t Say A Word starring Michael Douglas. He has worked with such producers as Gale Anne Hurd and Cathy Konrad and with directors, Martha Coolidge and Keith Gordon.

While specializing in the suspense genre in feature films, Auerbach has primarily written true life dramas for HBO, Showtime and the USA Network. His research has taken him into prison to interview a convicted Ku Klux Klan killer; to the aircraft carrier, the USS George Washington where he lived at sea; to the notorious Nevada brothel, the Chicken Ranch; and to Beverly Hills where he spent weeks with the king of infomercials, Ron Popeil.

Auerbach's short films have played in the Edinburgh, Melbourne and Hof film festivals and have been seen on HBO, Showtime and the USA Networks. He is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with a MFA in Film Production and is a Lifetime Member of the Writers Guild of America, East.

Yance Ford

Ford is Series Producer of POV and has been instrumental in curating the acclaimed documentary film series on PBS since 2002. Yance has served on juries and panels at Full Frame, Silverdocs, ITVS, Independent Film Week, True/False and Sunny Side of the Doc. Ford is a mentor at the NALIP Producers Academy and serves on the IFP Advisory Committee. A graduate of Hamilton College and the production workshop at Third World Newsreel she is in production on her first documentary film.

Greta Schiller

Greta Schiller is an Emmy award-winning independent director/producer of documentary films for TV, theatrical and educational distribution. Since the release of her feature documentary, Before Stonewall (1985), through her most recent film No Dinosaurs In Heaven (2010) her work continues to be innovative, thought-provoking and entertaining. Greta was the first recipient of the US/UK Fulbright Arts Fellowship in Film. She has been a recipient of grants from NYSCA, New York Foundation for the Arts, London Production Fund, European Media Fund and The Arts Council of England, among others.
